Over half of all Americans are taking vitamins everyday. One in five use herbal supplements. Americans spent $21 billion on vitamins and herbal supplements in 2015.
Consumers need to be careful. Taking the wrong vitamin or supplements it could actually cause blindness. Now there are 3 huge mistakes to avoid when taking vitamins
The 1st mistake …Taking vitamins from China- they are all contaminated with lead, arsenic, toxins and radiation. 90 percent of all vitamin C is manufactured in China. Taking Chinese vitamins is a mistake and it is worse than taking no vitamins at all.
2nd mistake …Taking Synthetic vitamins-it may be OK to put synthetic motor oil in a car but the body is not a Chevrolet. Don’t use petrochemicals but thats what is happens taking synthetic vitamins. Don’t take synthetic vitamin C but natural vitamin C. All other food supplement should be natural and not synthetic
3rd mistake – Taking wrong dose. Too much vitamin A can cause liver damage and loss of vision. Taking a fish oils go rancid and are contaminated with mercury. Take plant based omega oils. that will be more healthier.
