I am back from hiking the grueling John Muir Trail with Dr. Rowen and my wife Ly. I was not able to complete the 210 miles but my wife and I finished 65 miles. Dr Rowen went on to complete the Trail. My hats off to his great accomplishment. View the video of our hike!
